At MeStore we offer an easy 14 day return or exchange policy. If there is a defect in the products or an error in your order, you can exchange or return the items you purchased from MeStore

1.Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery if the customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase from us

2.All products must be returned to us, unused and with all tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received and in their original box and packaging.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with.
